The rules for using Our Cadre.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Our Cadre platform and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Aravir Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may use the Service only as authorised by the Organisation (political leader or party unit) that granted you access.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
  • Access is device-bound and secured with one-time passwords. Keep your device and credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorised use.
  • Your Organisation's administrators can create, approve, modify, suspend, or remove your account within their instance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or election regulation.
  • Upload content that is false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes another person's rights.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other Organisations or users, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us and your Organisation a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Aravir Technologies Private Limited and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred. Each Organisation's own name, logo, and colours remain the property of that Organisation.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Subscriptions and pricing are agreed separately with each Organisation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aravir Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We or your Organisation may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via Delete Account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
