Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Our Cadre account (operated by Aravir Technologies Private Limited) and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app

Open the Our Cadre app, go to your Profile screen, and tap Delete Account, then confirm. Your account, profile, photo, and face data are removed and you are signed out immediately. If your app version does not yet show this option, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request from the email or with the mobile number registered on your account:

Email hello@ourcadre.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered name and mobile number so we can verify and locate your account. We will confirm and complete the request after verifying your identity.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, mobile number, email, photo, and demographic details).
Your facial-recognition template used for identity verification.
Your device and push-notification tokens.
Personal content attributable to you, or its anonymisation where it is part of shared organisational records.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security and audit records. Such data is kept only as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation shortly thereafter.
